Our approach · A flavour begins long before the churn

How we craft our small-batch gelato.

We work backwards from the ingredient, choosing process and sweetness to preserve what first made it interesting.

Read our principles
01

Source

We follow what is fragrant, ripe and full of character.

02

Steep

Botanicals are infused gently to keep their most delicate notes.

03

Churn

Each recipe is made in small runs for a fine, clean texture.

04

Serve

The menu changes often. The welcome stays generous.

Three principles

Less noise.
More flavour.

01

Begin with the plant

Leaves, flowers, fruit and spice set the direction. Sweetness follows, never leads.

02

Keep the recipe legible

Few ingredients, carefully balanced. Every flavour should feel distinct from the first spoon.

03

Make room for surprise

Familiar comforts meet less expected botanicals, in combinations that reward a slower taste.

Choose your tubs

Four flavours in two sizes, or a combo of three small tubs. Small batches, so the menu keeps moving.

A Taste Of

Matcha, without the rush

We whisk matcha slowly and let its clean bitterness stay present. The result is a green, rounded scoop with a finish that asks you to take another spoon.

Anyen Lab

The milk base behind Hojicha

Hojicha starts with a dairy base. We steep the roasted tea gently, keeping its warm, toasted depth clear from the first taste to the last.

Anyen Diaries

When savoury finds its balance

Miso gives a frozen dessert a longer conversation. We keep the salt quiet, so the fermented depth can sit beside sweetness rather than take it over.
