What we keep, and why

What we collect

When you place a pickup order we store your name, the WhatsApp number you give us, the pickup station you choose, an optional note, and what you ordered. We do not take payment online, so we never see card details.

Why we need it

Your name and number are how we reach you to arrange the day and time of your pickup, and how we recognise you at the station. Ticking the consent box at checkout is what allows us to message you on WhatsApp about your order. We use it for that and nothing else — no marketing, no newsletters, no sharing with anyone but the messaging services that carry the message.

Who else sees it

Order confirmations are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Business service, and our own staff are alerted through Discord. Order records are held in a Supabase database in the EU.

How long we keep it

Honestly: indefinitely. We have not set up automatic deletion, so an order stays in our records until someone removes it. We would rather say so than claim a retention policy we do not enforce.

Having your data removed

Message us on WhatsApp or write to hello@anyen.example and we will delete your name, number and note from the order. We keep the anonymous record of what was sold, which carries nothing that identifies you.

Cancelling an order

Every confirmation includes a private link to your own order, which you can use to cancel it yourself while it is still waiting to be collected.
